Symptoms
When attempting to edit a record within the partial group tab in the Ship Group Page, the error as below is seen:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Shipment Group>> perform edit on a record within the partial shipment section
2. The error following error is seen
