Symptoms

An Order Release has a Source and Destination location with different time zones. When Planning, this fails to calculate a feasible Service Time and the planning fails.

Test case

=======

The source and destination have a calendar: source location(Australia\Sydney) calendar will work from 1AM to 8 PM (from Monday to Friday) where as the destination location(Australia\Brisbane) calendar will work from 12 AM to 11:59 PM(All the days).

Order Details
Early Pick up Date:19-11-2015 00:00:00
Early Delivery Date:24-11-2015 00:00:00
Late Delivery Date:24-11-2015 23:59:00

Service Time: 2 Days

Expected Result:
Order should be planned and should reach the destination on 24th.

Actual result:
Order is getting failed to plan and giving the service time in feasible error.
If the source and destination have same time zone(Ex Australia\Sydney) then order is getting planned and If the source and destination locations are having the different time zone( Ex Australia\Sydney ,Australia\Brisbane) then order is getting failed to plan with the same set up.
