11i Tax Groups were upgraded to R12 as Tax Condition Sets with an XIP appended to the tax group name and the 11i tax group name as a Tax Classification Code under the Determining Factor Class section.
What does XIP in the tax group name represent?

 In R12 is there a tax and tax rate setup for the upgraded tax group? We see the Tax Condition Set and the Tax Condition Set linked to the 11i tax rates under the Tax Rule Type - Direct Tax Rate Determination,
but do not see a tax and tax rate setup for the upgraded tax group.
