Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.1 version, Knowledge Center

After installing Patch 22460821, Knowledge Center 12.1.0.1 Roll Up Patch, when in a Knowledge Path the topic starts to load and displays a blank white screen. 

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Log into Knowledge Center
2. Home page
3. Click Knowledge Path
4. Select Title
5. Select Continue or Restart
6. First item in outlining .. quick "Topic Loading .... then a blank page"

Windows Event Log Error:  KContent: Failed to GetSuspendedRuntime. Could not find stored procedure ISMENTORAVAILABLE.
