UPK: After Applying KCenter Patch: 22460821 Content Displays a White Screen

After installing Patch 22460821, Knowledge Center Roll Up Patch, when in a Knowledge Path the topic starts to load and displays a blank white screen. 


1. Log into Knowledge Center
2. Home page
3. Click Knowledge Path
4. Select Title
5. Select Continue or Restart
6. First item in outlining .. quick "Topic Loading .... then a blank page"

Windows Event Log Error:  KContent: Failed to GetSuspendedRuntime. Could not find stored procedure ISMENTORAVAILABLE.
