No Exchange Rate Error During Service Contracts Creation Using Currency Conversion (Doc ID 2105448.1)

Symptoms

Customer created a contract with currency of Japan Yen (JPY)
The contract start date is 01-Apr-2017, but they want to bill the customer today.
So in the currency conversion they have selected the type as corporate and date as 05-Jan-2016 and the conversion rate is populated.
Now when they enter the sub lines and put the price at subline level they are getting the below error

ERROR

For the currency JPY, there is either no exchange rate for currency USD defined or it is not applicable for 01-APR-17. (TRX_CURRENCY_CONV_DATE=01-APR-17)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract with currency of Japan Yen (JPY).
2. Set the contract start date to 01-Apr-2017.
3. Set the currency conversion type as corporate and date as 05-Jan-2016.
4. Try to put the price at subline level > get error.
