RMA Order Created By Claim Does Not Have Original Order's Reference

On : 12.2.3 version, Claim Settlement

When Claim is settled by RMA settlement method, then the RMA order does not have the original order's reference

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book, Ship, Invoice an Order.
2. Create a Claim with RMA settlement method and Claim line with reference to order from step 1.
3. Settle claim. Notice that RMA order gets created without reference to the original order.
