A CIP Asset Changes to Capitalized after being Transferred from Payables (Doc ID 2105908.1)

Symptoms

An Invoice Distribution Line has been transferred to FA through the Create Mass Addition Program.

In the Prepare Mass Addition Form, it appears as a CIP Asset. The Clearing Account is a CIP Clearing Account which matches with the Clearing Account of the Asset Category.

The CIP Asset has an Asset Type CIP

The CIP Asset is completed in the Prepare Mass Addition by filling the Location Flex, Asset Key Flex and Expense Account. Once saved these modifications, the Queue Status is ON HOLD.

Then Queue Status of the CIP Asset is manually changed from ON HOLD to POST.

Once saved, the Asset Type changes from CIP to Capitalized
