MFS Multi-platform - Material Install Quantity Incorrectly Overwritten with Old Data from Server (Doc ID 2105932.1)

When syncing, the material install quantity on smartphone is updated with an old value from the server.

Material Install quantity should sync to the server and save the new value, not be replaced with an old value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to MFS with DEBUG_ON


  1.  Login to MFS with MFS user
  2.  Locate a Task in Accepted status
  3.  Update the previously existing Material Install line for item quantity from ie: 0 to 10.12 lbs
  4.  Manual Sync
  5.  Update Material Install quantity from 10.12 to 20.23
  6.  Manual Sync
  7.  Update Material Install quantity from 20.23 to 30.34
  8.  Manual Sync
  9.  The 30.34 arrived on the server. This is the first update to be processed by the server side sync processes
  10.  Update Material Install quantity from 30.34 to 40.45
  11.  Manual Sync
  12.  Go to update the Material Install quantity and see 30.34 as the current value
  13.  Checked the server side and found 40.45 in the Debrief Line. Now there is an inconsistency where 30.34 is on the handheld and 40.45 is on the server
