While Creating Bank Accounts Account Access Tab (OAF Form) is Saving Duplicate Records

While creating Bank Accounts, Account Access Tab (OAF Form) is saving duplicate records on using the back browser button.,

Steps to Reproduce :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Payment responsibility > Set up > Payment > Bank Accounts
2. Select County,Bank Name and Branch Name.
3. Enter Account Owner and Use, Account Information, Account Access details.
Start entering the org details. Don't click Save and Next button.
4. Click back button of browser, click account controls tab then click Save and Next
6. On repeating above steps, it allows to create duplicate values.
