Saving Data In Sales Order Form Removes Attributes In IBY_CREDITCARD Table After Upgrade (Doc ID 2106214.1)

Symptoms

After creating new order, select credit card from CreditCard LOV, and save the order, we see that attributes in IBY_CREDITCARD table are lost for the selected credit card.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect attribute values to be saved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the credit card LOV, notice the attributes in iby_creditcard are now null
