Saving Data In Sales Order Form Removes Attributes In IBY_CREDITCARD Table After Upgrading To 12.2.4

After creating new order, select credit card from CreditCard LOV, and save the order, we see that attributes in IBY_CREDITCARD table are lost for the selected credit card.

Expect attribute values to be saved

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the credit card LOV, notice the attributes in iby_creditcard are now null
