Symptoms
After following, Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1311068.1)new deployments are not going through.
Showing the following errors:
Exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: IREP_SOA_PROV_ACC_EXCEP. Tokens: EXC_MSG = oracle.apps.fnd.isg.mgmt.common.error.ISGManagementException: Server is down or .EAR file is not deployed.oracle.apps.fnd.isg.mgmt:Name=AdminService,type=ISGAdmin,agentJndiName=ERPISG; ACTION = GENERATE; ' occurred when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please view Log/Error details for more information
Looking at the WebLogic Server Admin Console >> SOA Server >> see the application isgserviceprovider is not in 'Active' state.
The isgserviceprovider shows status 'New'
