Unable to return a transaction tied to a serial number.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PO Return
2. Enter PO and Item
3. Click on lot/serial
4. Error - FRM-40212: Invalid value for field FM_SERIAL_NUMBER
