ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying the End of Year 2015 Phase 3 Statutory Update, patch #22544400:R12.PAY.B, the calculation of disposable wages is now including Health Care 125. Before the patch, the calculation of disposable earnings was gross minus taxes only

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To see no change for Georgia calculation of Child Support. There is nothing in the readme for the Phase 3 patch that indicates that a change should have been delivered for the Georgia child support disposable income calculation

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a payroll for an employee in Georgia with a Child Support deduction
2. See the deduction is calculated on the disposable earnings gross minus taxes
3. Apply End of Year 2015 Phase 3 Statutory Update, patch #22544400:R12.PAY.B
4. Process a payroll for an employee in Georgia with a Child Support deduction
5. See the deduction is calculated on the disposable earnings gross minus taxes minus health care 125 deduction
