Report Manager: FSG Excel Calculation Issue by Summing Some Results

Users cannot see the correct results in Excel output for FSG report, by summing some results.

In the Excel output for FSG report, perform a top down selection for summing up the values in cells - the resultant sum value is a positive value whereas if performing a bottom up selection of the same cells for summing the resultant sum value is a negative one.

Sum amounts from top to down, in the right corner: positive amount 'XX'
Sum amounts from down to top, in the right corner: negative amount '-XX'
