Symptoms
On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1.3 version or above, Customers Module,
You are attempting to update a Customer Account Site information, under the Profile and Profile Amount tabs, and receive the following error:

Error: Value for cust_account_id must be unique
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers > Query a customer > Go to the Account Site information > Profile tab
Try to update the information and the error is received.
Due to this issue, account site profiles can not be created or updated and this is impacting billing and management decision.
