When "Shipment Distance from the Last Stop to the Destination Depot" used in Rate Record Return Leg To Depot Distance Calculated Wrongly (Doc ID 2106957.1)

Symptoms

When "Shipment Distance from the Last Stop to the Destination Depot" used in Rate Record for the return leg to the depot system is not considering the correct distance.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------
The shipment created shows the correct distance in the Shipment Stop TAB but in the Financials TAB, the rates are displaying wrongly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
System suppose to take the return leg distance for calculating the rate.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Crate two Distance such a way have different value from Location A to Location B and Location B to Location A.
2. Create Rate Record in such a way have "Shipment Distance from the Last Stop to the Destination Depot" is used for second leg.
3. Create Order Release.
4. Perform Bulk Plan and in the Shipment ID Finance TAB will be showing a wrong value.
