Symptoms
When Action>>Show Network Routing Options - Ocean (ie SNRO Ocean) is done on the Order Release, it is observed that the arb based rates are ignored when Plan From and Plan To is used.
In other words , when an Order Release has a Plan From or Plan To or both, SNRO - Ocean results are ignoring the arb based rates. When the plan from and plan to fields are not populated on the order release, OTM is picking expected rates for both the legs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order Release and perform Action>>Show Network Routing Options - Ocean (ie SNRO Ocean)
2. arb based rates are ignored
