When attempting to save a Return Line the following error occurs:
In when others exception[ORA-01403: no data found]
(R) Depot Repair
1. Create a Repair Order
2. Manually enter a Return Logistics line
3. Try to save
What is Working:
Issue does NOT exist in Service Request form with same data:
(N) Find Service Request
- Open the same SR
- Navigate to Charges tab > Action subtab
- Manually entered the same information (Item, Return Reason...)
- Click Save
Submitted charges and Order is created.
But this is not right solution as business is using Repair Order and Logistic Lines.
