Last updated on FEBRUARY 06, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Teleservice - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Not able to create a Task using Task Template with Assignee Type as Supplier Contact.

FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV.
FRM-41827: Group does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce

[ 1 ] Defined Group Resource with several members:

   . Employee # 123 = AAAA ZZZZ
   . Supplier # 124 = BBBB YYYYY
   . Supplier # 125 = CCCCC XXXXX
[ 2 ] Defined the Task Template:

  - Template Group = Service Dispatch
  - Application = Service
  - Doc Type = Service Request

[ 3 ] Try to Create a Task using a Template –

  - Create SR # 1000
  - When Creating a Task – 'Use Template' button to create a task

    => ERROR:
              FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV.

      Click on OK
      When trying to select the Assignee LOV, users get the following error:

    => ERROR:
              FRM-41827: Group does not exist.

     Click OK. LOV is empty.
     => Unable to create a Task here with Assignee Type = Supplier Contact

NOTE: In the <images or examples> <above or below> and/or the attached document, user details / company name / address / email / telephone number represent a fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the Oracle Demo Vision instance).  Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

Update the Task Assignee information manually.

What is Working

If Assignee Type and Assignee are not selected, click on ‘Create Task’.
=> Task gets created successfully.

Now go and select the Assignee Type and Assignee
=> User would be able to select the 'Supplier  Contact' Resource and able to Save the Task.
