On 12.1 HRMS RUP 5 version of Application, In the Performance Management Page

When attempting to Launch the Performance Management Page, the following Error and Exception Log is thrown

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to 'Manager Self-Service' Responsibility.

2. Navigate to function 'Performance Management'.

3. When tried to launch the same got the above error message and the Exception Log.
