Receive By Order Number Gives Invalid column index Error in iProcurement

On : 12.1.3 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to receive item using Order Number, the following error occurs.

UNEXPECTED_OA_EXCEPTION: user name = XXXX: responsibility name = iProcurement User_US/INC root region = /oracle/apps/icx/por/rcv/webui/IcxPorRcvSrchPG transaction id = 961457381 6 "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException: JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 51 with java object of type java.lang.String due to java.sql.SQLException.;

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to iProcurement > Receiving > Receive Items
2) Make all the other fields blank, Items Due = Any Time
3) Enter existing Order Number and click on Go
4) Get the above error
