Receive By Order Number Gives Invalid column index Error in iProcurement (Doc ID 2107358.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to receive item using Order Number, the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to iProcurement > Receiving > Receive Items
2) Make all the other fields blank, Items Due = Any Time
3) Enter existing Order Number and click on Go
4) Get the above error
