ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Items Descriptive FlexField (DFF) values are copied to child organizations which are restricted to Master Organization only.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items DFF values restricted at Master Org should not be copied to child organizations when assigned.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Flexfields > descriptive : Segments, query Application : Inventory and Title : Items

2. Define Item DFF with Reference Field = STARTUP_INFO.CONTEXT_ORG_CODE
3. Define a code under 'Context Field Values' and segment names.
4. Create Item and enter DFF values at Master Org and assign to child organizations
