R12 Issue With PA MultiOrg Responsibility After Setting MO: Security Profile To Responsibility With Access To All Orgs Under Business Group (Doc ID 2107524.1)

Setup a multi-org responsibility for Projects so this responsibility can give access to all the Operating Units across Business Groups.
MO: Security Profile set to responsibility with global access to all operating units.

Issue is found in the Projects form.
Projects are defined, but when click 'Find' it doesn't give any results.
If a change is made to the setup of the responsibility by removing the value of the MO: Security profile and assigning to the MO: Operating Unit, the 'Find' button shows results as expected.

- Applied patch 8714764: R12.FND.B but did not resolve the issue.
