Exact Fetch Error When Querying a Customer Account in Account Details

When querying a Customer Account number in the Account Details find form, the following error is returned:

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422
