Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Payroll process fails with the following error.
Error(PAY_289121_QTM_INV_DATA_LIB) in View Run Messages form
The process has detected a invalid Quantum Data (Version -1) and Library (Version X.X.X).
Error in request log
message Version -1 of the data in the Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series Database is older than the data version X.X.X of the Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series program.
You cannot calculate taxes correctly. Refer to the Appendix, Error Messages, in the Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series Administrator's Guide for steps on resolving this situation.
