Issue Ingred Mobile Page Recalculates Primary Qty, Changing it From the Quantity Entered (Doc ID 2108001.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, OPM Mobile

On Issue Ingred mobile page, when using ingredients with Fixed dual UOM and certain UOM conversions, when you enter the primary lot qty and tab out, the qty gets recalculated, apparently from the secondary qty.

For example, item has primary UOM of LB, secondary of GL, 1300 LB = 1 GL
Create a batch with planned qty of the ingredient of 38 LB.
On IssueIngred page, enter 38.5 LB as Lot Qty, press Tab
Lot Qty changes to 38.506, and SecLotQty defaults to 0.02962.

It seems the page converts the primary to secondary, rounds the secondary to five decimal places, and then for some reason recalculates the primary based on the secondary.

Expect the page to use the exact primary qty that was entered.
