Purpose
In the October 2015 and December 2015 webcasts for "EBS HCM Updates for Employer Shared Responsibility Reporting under the Affordable Care Act", reference was made to the criteria used to derive the Line 14 code on the 1095-C form. This document is a further explanation of the criteria, and the derivation of the Line 14 code on the EBS HCM system.
