BNE_ROWCOUNT Error While Export - " Results Of Item Adv Search Using Search Filter"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While creating the batch, customer should follow the below ground rules.

1.) Make sure user enters both the Full Name field and Assignment Number field in the spreadsheet. These should be both selected independently from the LOV.
2.) The name and the assignment number should match.(Check Bug 21118723 [] )
3.) Dates should be entered in ICX_DATE_FORMAT only. (other formats will cause a date format parsing error in the BNE log. )


When attempting to validate a batch, the following error occurs.

Your document is being created.
  Do not close this window until processing completes.
  A problem has been encountered initializing the control for importing as detailed below. The data import has been aborted.
  Cannot execute SQl Statement
  Number of valid rows

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility:  Payroll Administrator (US) responsibility
1. Navigate to Mass Information Exchange: MIX / BBA Spreadsheet Interface
2. Put the name of the batch in the Batch Name box (YE Test), press GO button
3. Change the process to Validate Batch, select the radio button for the batch, and press the Process(1) button.
4. Press the GO button until the batch status changes from “Batch in processing state” to “Error”
5. Select the Messages icon to view the error message
