Goal

When running the RTC Tool under support guidance, the RTC synchronize.sql log shows this error on some events:

Error in call to the sla datafix api. Please review the fnd log messages for more details.
Error event_id: 123456789
SLA API return status: U

ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program . Journal entry cannot be reversed as its not transferred to Gener in Package xla.plsql.xla_datafixes_pub Procedure reverse_journal_entries
