Error: 'You Cannot Enable FND Validation In AK Mode' for Any Self Service Transaction

On : 12.1.1 version, Install / Delivery / Upgrade

When attempting to continue with any transactions in Self service HR,
the following error occurs.

You cannot enable FND Validation in AK Mode.
Please set the profile option FND Validation Level to None.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee self service - Personal Information/SIT/EIT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue with necessary updates.
