ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customers Online Super User

Visualize Relationships button does not launch properly when using Internet Explorer

It works properly using Firefox Mozilla but not in IE 8 and above.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Visualize Relationships should load successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.  Oracle Customer Online Super User
2. Click on Organization name from Recent Items
or query any Organization with relationships defined.
3. In overview section, click on Visualize Relationships button
Relationships are not appearing as expected.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the applet is not launching and users cannot view
