Information in this document applies to any platform.
When part requirements are initiated from the Part Requirements form, the resulting internal order lines have a Ship Set of 1. This is all standard functionality. No custom code. The part request is created from field service CSPTRREQ and the resulting internal sales order has ship sets.
This was not the case in 12.0.6, where the Ship Set was blank for this type of order line.
1. Service Request created.
2. Tools - Parts Requirements.
3. Enter Parts Requirements Details.
4. Hit Create Order.
