Performance: Schedule Orders With Reschedule Using Request Date Mode gives Slow Performance (Doc ID 2108824.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Schedule Orders program in Scheduling Mode as "Rescheduling with Request Date" , find the request takes a long time to complete.

As a test case , the program was submitted for 2 months range of Request Date and find this took close to an hour to complete.

The program , however , works fine for other Scheduling Modes.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Reports, Requests > Run Request > Single Request > Select Schedule Orders program
3. Submit this program with Scheduling Mode parameter = Rescheduling with Request Date
