Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Core Payroll - General

When attempting to Direct Deposit (International) ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 HR_6922_MAG_FILE_OPEN_FAILED
 APP-PAY-06922: Failed to open the output file.
 The magnetic tape process failed to open the output file required for the  transfer of data to magnetic tape.
 
 message text = Failed to open the output file.

 The magnetic tape process failed to open the output file required for the transf er of data to magnetic tape.

 STEPS
 -----------------------
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Run Payroll
 2. Run Prepayments
 3. Run Direct Deposit (International)

Due to this issue, Customer not able to generate EFT File
