On : 11.5.10.2 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Query service requests with status entered in search form for audit
This process takes around 1 to  15 minutes


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the search to return data in few seconds

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Find Service Request form
2. Enter status
3. Click Find
