Upgrading to R12.2.4 will Activate Succession Planning and Deactivate CRL Financial Management License Components (Doc ID 2108981.1)

Symptoms

During installation of R12.2.0, the following components are selected for install.

 [Component Applications]
     [Human Resources]
         Human Resources
     [Communication/Utilities]
         CRL Financial Management


After upgraded to R12.2.4, the components being selected changed to below:
 

[Component Applications]
     [Human Resources]
         Human Resources
         Succession Planning
     [Communication/Utilities]
     Note: 'Succession Planning' got activated and 'CRL Financial Management' got deactivated.

 Upgrade to R12.2.4
