ARRXINVR: Transaction Register, which spawn RX-only: Transaction Register
ARRXARRG: Applied Receipts Register, which spawns RX-only: Applied Receipts Register

Tkprof and AWR reports do not showing a SQL statement causing the issue. They only show the following PL/SQL call running long:
