PRC:Transaction Import fails with error
PA_EX_PROJECT_DATE
Projects module rejects import of expenditures of secondary assignments when primary assignment is inactive
NO_ASSIGNMENT
Secondary employee assignment is active
Primary assignments of the employees are INACTIVE(suspended state) as of current charging date
