Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.31.9 version, Runtime UI

When attempting to configure an ATO Model using the standard BOM Configurator with two sub models each having some option classes, an exception is occurring. This started happening after applying Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 4 (RPC4) (Doc ID 2053709.1).   After disabling Pricing in Configurator, the exception no longer occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Responsibility,
2. Orders, Returns,
3. Sales Orders,
4. Create a Sales Order,
5. Under the Sales Order Line Items Tab add a Configurable Item,
6. Click the Configurator Button,
7. Click on an option class in a sub model,
8. Error message is displayed and order cannot be processed.
