Symptoms
Mouse is hanging and Users are getting FRM-41026 after updating the JRE, applied CPU patches, as well latest Forms MLR patch.
ERROR:
'FRM-41026:Field Does Not Understand operation'
Navigating using keyboard by TAB does not work, none other keys work. Attempt to press F4 to close form also do not respond.
WORKAROUND:
Mouse Click on some other item and then TAB key will correct the focus queue.
Steps To Reproduce:
-------------------
1)Open sale order/organizor form, query a order. May occur on any other form.
2)Perform action>copy order. Open copy form to copy a order.
3)Click order type LOV on the form, FRM-41026 error occur.
Changes
Upgraded the JRE, applied CPU patches, as well latest Forms MLR <Patch: 21539521>.
The forms overlay <Patch: 21539521> resolved a form needing to be tabbed through many times issue, but this new issue is still occurring.
