Budgetary Control Results Report (PSABCRRP) Amounts Not Legible. Amounts format shows like 100u800n00

 

 

 

 

 

The issue is caused by the following setup: 'ICX:Numeric characters' was not set and 'XDO: Numeric characters' was set to 'Read from ICX: Numeric Characters' The setup causes the issue because the profiles were not set.

 

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Set the profile 'ICX:Numeric characters' to the desired value or change the value for profile.

XDO: Numeric characters to desired format instead of read from ICX: Numeric characters.

2. Bounce the Apache Server for any setup changes to take effect including profile options.

Budgetary Control Results Report (PSABCRRP) Not Showing Any Output.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The profile option PSA: Budgetary Control Report Template was set to "Federal Budgetary Control Results Template" when it should have been set to "Budgetary Control Results Template"

 

Set profile option PSA: Budgetary Control Report Template to "Budgetary Control Results Template".

12.2 From <Note 1963141.1>

1. Navigate as following using responsibility 'XML Publisher Administrator'
2. Select Home->Administration on the Personal Home Page
3. Under the Configuration tab select Properties and then General
4. From there the Temporary Directory will be displayed
5. Verify that the assigned location is valid for the concurrent processing node and applmgr user has read/write permissions for this directory; the Temporary Directory should not be under user home directory

Budgetary Control Results Report takes long time to get opened on clicking the "View Results" button after doing funds check for General Ledger journals.

The Budgetary Control View Results report displays incorrect Result Type Status.

Budgetary Control Results report output shows all lines as failed even if only some have failed.

Budgetary Control Results shows one of the following errors:

- Error "404 Not Found" "The webpage cannot be found"

- Error The website declined to show this webpage

- Exception Details.oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException

- The FND On Screen Logging showed the following message

[354]:EXCEPTION:[MODULE_UNKNOWN]:java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/tmp/<xdo File Name>.fo (Permission denied)

The issue was solved after permissions were granted on folder in question. (Example: /usr/tmp/)

The temp directory in question does not have the required read and write permissions on it. 1. Enable the On screen diagnostics by setting the profile option FND: Diagnostics to Yes

2. A link Diagnostics will show up at the top of the page. Click on the Diagnostics link.

3. Use option Show Log on Screen.

4. Click Go.

5. Choose Log Level Statement (1).

6. Enter in Module %

7. Reproduce the issue

8. Check Turn off screen logging to stop showing the log on the screen

9. Check if there are any permission errors and if so, give permissions to the relevant directory.
