Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
When using the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule Definition form, the 'Interval Multiple' and 'Repeat In Cycle' fields are greyed out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The fields should be updateable.  They are required for schedule timing.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility = Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
2.  Preventive Maintenance->< Schedule Definition
3.  Query a schedule
4.  PM Schedule Definition the 'Interval Multiple' and 'Repeat in Cycle' fields are greyed out for the schedule activities
