Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that employees covered by other employees are not showing in Part III of Form 1095C.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see all covered individuals in Part III if the plan enrolled is Self Insured.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
Submit request name "Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report".

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, contacts are missing from Part III of Form 1095-C.
