Symptoms

Problem Statement
When try to publish RFQ, the following error happens only in foreign language session.

Error

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Rollback to Savepoint": SQL Statement "null"

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Sourcing Super User(N)Sourcing Home Page.
  2. Click RFQ
  3. Enter all required field in RFQ and click publish.
