When attempting to upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2,
the following error occurs in the worker log files.
Comparing objects in username OKL with ODF file
The table is missing the index OKL_VAR_INT_PARAMS_ALL_U1
or index OKL_VAR_INT_PARAMS_ALL_U1 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:
Warning: Object "OKL_VAR_INT_PARAMS_ALL" is not registered in table

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX OKL."OKL_VAR_INT_PARAMS_ALL_U1" ON

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow Note 1320300.1 to upgrade.
The issue has the following business impact:
