Symptoms
Define a Segment Value Set Security Rule on Key Flexfield, General Ledger, Accounting Flexfield.
When first entering the value for the segment (eg. Company), the restriction applies correctly.
Later, attempt to update the segment, and the security rule is no longer valid.
When trying to edit the segment, no Flexfield Pop-up appears for editing.
