On : 12.1.3 version,  Field Service Wireless


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Service Requests created from Field Service Wireless are being created without populating the Bill to/Ship to information.
This issue is impacting the service requests that require any interface to Order Management or billing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Service Requests create from Field Service Wireless should populate the Bill to/Ship to information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Field Service Wireless Responsibility
2. Actions -> Create Service Request
3. Enter Serial number -> Search -> Complete fields
4. Save -> Service Request is created ->
5. Account tab has no bill to nor ship to information
