Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Application Tab and Processes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For example, you create an order for the amount 67,328.58.  The case folder was created and displayed the correct amount.  You then need to change the amount of the order to 62,628.58, but the amount in the case folder didn't change and a new case folder wasn't created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see an updated amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Case folder is created and amount is displayed correctly.
2. Change made to the order amount.
3. No new case folder is created and the changed amount is not shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct amount for the case folder.
