ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to update Email Center resources information by running Synchronize Employees (JTFRSEMP)

When assigning a task to a resource get EXCEPTION: NO_EMAIL_RECIPIENTS in send_email, email is not synchronizing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to update Email Center resources information by running Synchronize Employees

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to CRM Administrator responsibility > Resource Manager > Maintain Resources

2. Query resources 'xxxx' > Miscellaneous tab - notice email appears as expected after updating email field in HR Person and Maintain form

3. Then run Synchronize Employees with parameter Overwrite Name = Full all other parameter = NO
