Is it Possible to Make The Contracts 'Filter By' To Default To Blank In Contact Center ?

In the Contact Center Form After entering the Customer, the 'Filter By' selection in the contracts tab changes to 'Account Number' and all the Contracts are not displayed.
Is there a way to have the 'Filter By' drop down stay blank?
